Gin & Cheese SENSORY SOIREE By Daylesford Spirit & Long Paddock Cheese

Join us at The Aviary on November 2nd from 6pm for an exquisite Gin and Cheese tasting, hosted with Daylesford Spirit and Long Paddock Cheese.

Daylesford Spirit creates premium spirits with local ingredients that reflect the region's environment, culture, and artisanal community.
Long Paddock Cheese in Central Victoria, offers artisan organic cow's milk cheeses, blending Australian terroir with French expertise under the guidance of Ivan Larcher, the "Cheese-Whisperer."

Tickets are $49 and include:

• Tasting 4x award-winning Gins, crafted with local flora and pairing them with 4x artisan French-Style cheeses.

• Learning from experts about the making processes and flavour notes.

• Exploring gin cocktails, that will be showcasing throughout November at The Aviary Hotel.

• Grazing cheese boards
